GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager at the Trentham site to support the Finance Team and run site reporting. The role focuses on weekly flash accounts, prepayments and accruals, and variance analysis to inform management decisions.

The candidate should have an AAT qualification, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail‑minded approach. Benefits include a pension, 25 days leave, and staff discounts.

Formación

• Experience in finance/accounting within logistics or similar sector.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to explain variances.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Produce weekly site flash accounts.
• Handle prepayment and accrual journals for site and customer periods.
• Explain variances to forecast and perform P&L analysis.
• Balance sheet reconciliations with supporting evidence.
• Assist in annual budget and forecasts and cost modelling.
• Provide cover for Finance Manager and ensure timely reporting.
