We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation

As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll:

  • Support the daily operations of building maintenance and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee vendors and contractors.
  • Manage facility-related services, including cleanliness and general upkeep.
  • Assist in budgeting and procurement of supplies and materials.
  • Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Help with emergency repairs and support the Facilities Manager with projects.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and facilities management software.
  • Experience with vendor management and budget tracking is a plus.
