What You’ll Do:
  1. Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, shaping a positive first impression.
  2. Support colleagues and clients by assisting with meeting room setup, connectivity, and hospitality.
  3. Maintain a tidy and inviting reception, mailroom, and lobby area.
  4. Ensure safety by monitoring health and safety practices and reporting issues as needed.
  5. Serve as the site’s go-to person for providing information and assistance.
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Package Details
  • Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
  • 40 hours per week
  • £12.60 per hour + Sodexo benefits
