Job summary

Coworth Park is seeking an Assistant Equestrian Manager to lead our equestrian team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work with the management to ensure safety and high standards for riding and care of horses, teaching guests and maintaining the stable.

Qualifications

• Good equestrian knowledge and ability to manage yard duties and stables.
• Experience teaching and supervising a team in equestrian settings.
• Customer service orientation with guest-facing responsibilities.
• Comfortable with riding instruction and guest safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of the team to ensure duties are undertaken.
• Stable duties: feed hay, muck out, turnout, groom, and equipment upkeep.
• Guest interaction: welcome guests, fit safety equipment, promote hotel services, and educate guests on ponies.
• Teach guests and local clients about ponies and riding with care and safety.
