N Family Club in Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Educator to support the team in delivering the N Curriculum and high-quality early years education. You'll learn from experienced educators, follow routines, and help create an inspiring environment for children to dream big.

No prior experience required; you will receive a full induction and opportunities for Paediatric First Aid and Level 2/3 EY qualifications. A positive, energetic attitude is essential to thrive in our dynamic nursery.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; a genuine passion for education and changing lives of children.
• Commitment to complete full induction and opportunities for further training including Paediatric First Aid, safeguarding and child protection.
• Positive, glass-half-full outlook; bags of drive and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow daily routines and ensure smooth transitions from meals to naps to play.
• Support planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences for child development.
• Assist with high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Help supervise mealtimes in line with safety policies.
• Complete daily health and safety checks and escalate concerns.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Keep every area clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Support day-to-day tasks to keep the nursery running smoothly.
