Job summary

N Family Club in London is seeking an Assistant Educator to join our nursery team. You will support educators to create an inspirational learning environment, guiding each child to dream big, think independently and explore the world with confidence.

We welcome applicants with a genuine passion for education, a positive outlook, and a can-do attitude. A full induction with opportunities for training, including Paediatric First Aid, is provided, along with a focus on early years qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Follow daily routine and ensure smooth transitions between mealtimes, naps and playtimes.
• Support planning of innovative learning experiences that develop child development.
• Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Help supervise mealtimes in line with safety policies.
• Complete daily health and safety checks and escalate concerns.
• Build strong relationships with parents and embed policies in daily practice.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy and assist with day-to-day nursery operations.
