Job summary

N Family Club in Cambridge is seeking an Early Years Educator for lunch-cover hours. You will deliver the N Curriculum through play, observe learner progress, and support families with a warm, engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid training is required or willingness to train.
• Safeguarding knowledge is expected or willingness to refresh.

• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
  

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
