N Family Club in Camberwell, London is seeking an Assistant Educator to support a vibrant nursery team. You’ll deliver the N Curriculum through play, follow routines, and help children grow with confidence in a busy, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and changing children's lives.
• Complete induction and training, incl. Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding.
• Commit to Level 2/3 Early Years qualification where offered.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with high energy.
• Strong customer service mindset when engaging families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and N Curriculum with care.
• Follow daily routines and manage transitions smoothly.
• Support planning of innovative learning experiences.
• Assist with observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Help supervise mealtimes and ensure safety policies.
• Complete health and safety checks and escalate concerns.
• Build strong relationships with parents.
• Embed policies into daily practice.
• Keep areas clean and tidy; assist with nursery tasks.
