Job summary

DFS Group is hiring an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager in Doncaster to plan, execute and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across display, social and video. You will work with the Group Digital Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement and conversions, aligning with broader business goals.

You will manage day-to-day campaign activity, report performance, and collaborate across marketing, commercial and web teams to ensure campaigns are joined up and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience using CM360, DV360, GA4, Smartly and media ad platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads).
• Experience managing an external agency.
• Ability to report on digital marketing metrics and optimize based on data (A/B testing).
• Ability to brief creative requirements aligned to platform best practices.
• Ability to set up and optimize campaigns in Meta, Pinterest and TikTok ads.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day campaign planning and setup with agency partners.
• Reporting results to leadership and recommending improvements.
• Owning direct media relationships and co-creating roadmaps with partners.
• Supporting budget management and forecasting.
• Keeping up with digital media trends and competitor activity.
• Providing technical expertise on ad platforms and feed management.
• Collaborating with Digital Performance & Data teams to build audiences and optimise creatives.
• Developing platform-optimised creatives with internal or external agencies.
