Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader committed to creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting team development and maintaining high standards
• Enjoys managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Has understanding of food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
