Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, with excellent food knowledge, using these to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and coaching team members on the go
• Understanding food, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects of the kitchen such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
