OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting an Assistant Commercial Manager to lead contractual and commercial queries on a high-profile public sector Facilities Management contract. The role reports to the Commercial Manager and supports payments, variations, and stakeholder communications.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Role Overview: The Assistant Commercial Manager will report into the Commercial Manager with an objective of being the lead for all contractual and commercial queries, working on a high-profile public sector Facilities Management contract. This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day running and overall success of the Contract. The successful candidate will preferably have experience working within Facilities Management as an Assistant Commercial Manager. This is also an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (or similar) - which have at least 3+ years experience within said position.
