Job summary

• Good understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve nutritious, healthy meals that Residents will love.
• Provide outstanding support to the First Chef and take charge in their absence.
• Manage food stock and budget, coach a colleague and supervise kitchen clean-up with Resident wellbeing in mind.
