Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is looking for an Assistant Chef to join our team. You’ll prepare and support the kitchen, uphold company standards, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. Airport shifts may start as early as 3am, with early finishes after long days of operation.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For In Our Assistant Chefs

• We'd love you to have experience of working in a kitchen as a kitchen assistant or prep chef
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
