Job summary

The Restaurant Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team in the UK. You will prepare and support the rest of the kitchen, helping to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding The Restaurant Group standards.

Airport shifts may start as early as 3am; you will be flexible, reliable, and able to work independently during peak times, contributing to operational excellence and a positive guest experience across TRG brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen as a kitchen assistant or prep chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
