Job summary

TRG is hiring an Assistant Chef to join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses. In this role you'll support the kitchen team, help prepare dishes and ensure high standards and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, including airport shifts that may start at 3am.

You'll be part of a team that values reliability, time management and collaboration, with opportunities for training and career progression across our 300+ brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen as a kitchen assistant or prep chef is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and be willing to undergo a DBS/criminal record check.
