Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is seeking a Line Chef to join our front-line kitchen teams and prepare a range of dishes at the grill or pasta stations. You will help create memorable guest experiences by delivering quality food and upholding our standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexibility for early airport shifts (as early as 3am), strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work independently during peak periods while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on

Qualifications

• Experience as assistant chef or chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and pass a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver delicious food on the kitchen's front line (grill or pasta).
• Maintain high standards and follow company procedures to satisfy guests.
• Work with the team, listen to feedback, and manage time effectively.
• Be reliable and able to work independently during peak shifts.
• Adapt to airport shift times, including early starts around 3am.

What We’re Looking For In Our Chefs
