Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is hiring a Line Chef to join our busy kitchen in Edinburgh. You will be on the front line, preparing and delivering meals across grill and pasta sections while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For In Our Chefs

• We’d love you to have experience of working as an assistant chef or a chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
