Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a Line Chef to join one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses. You will be on the front line of the kitchen, handling grill or pasta sections and delivering delicious meals to guests.

You will create an atmosphere of excellence, follow brand standards, listen to feedback, and work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction, including early airport shifts starting as early as 3am.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as an assistant chef or a chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours.
• Provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver delicious food on the front line of the kitchen, whether it's the grill or the pasta section.
