Job summary

The Restaurant Group (TRG) is hiring a Line Chef to support front-line kitchen operations at our airport and brand locations in the UK. You will prepare and deliver delicious dishes on the line, from grill to pasta, while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or assistant chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay positive in a fast-paced environment and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes on the line (grill or pasta).
• Follow brand standards and culinary procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively and work both independently and with the team during peak shifts.

What We’re Looking For In Our Chefs

• We’d love you to have experience of working as an assistant chef or a chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
