Responsibilities

• Assist Centre Manager with recruitment, induction, supervision and development of staff and volunteers.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to staff, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
• Assist with staff rotas, absence reporting and day-to-day performance matters.
• Model best practice in dementia care and professional conduct.
• Support the daily running of the day care centre and delivery of activities.
• Help implement operational policies in line with legislation and standards.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of the service and share feedback.
• Maintain records in the CRM system including risk assessments and care plans.
