Friends of the Elderly is seeking a Manager to help lead a home in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting the team and overseeing daily operations to ensure safety, dignity, and wellbeing for all residents.

With a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and a clear understanding of the Care Certificate, you will have proven experience working with the elderly and will be comfortable leading a team.A strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult safeguarding is key for the role and you will be comfortable auditing day to day practice,identifyingscope for improvement and then implementing a forwarding thinking approach to current practices.
