Job summary
HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in England. You will lead a team to deliver personalised dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care, ensuring security, dignity and independence for residents.
You will administer medications, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and keep accurate records while building strong team ties. Ideal candidates have Level 2 Diploma/NVQ in Adult Social Care and are prepared to work toward Level 3, with a background in person-centred care
Qualifications
- Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
- Willing to work towards Level 3 in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
- Background in person-centred care planning and dementia care knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement care to give residents security, dignity and independence.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team.
- Assist Registered Nurse and Care Manager; administer medication.
- Provide essential social and recreational activities to residents.
