ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER – KYLIE

HARRODS, LONDON

6 MONTH FTC, FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK OVER 5 DAYS

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager will support the Business Manager to achieve sales objectives and ensure excellence in execution. Responsibilities include managing and motivating the team, representing the Business Manager in-store, and demonstrating a strong sales background with high-level make-up artistry experience.

Main Focus

1. Support BM in coaching and motivating the team to meet sales targets and maintain company benchmarks on ASP, Sales Mix, and Split.
2. Build customer relationships to influence, sell, and upsell.
3. Lead by example as a brand ambassador, adhering to company uniform and grooming guidelines.
4. Utilize iPad for email, reporting, and VM guidelines.
5. Maintain commercial awareness of Coty’s performance, competitor activity, and market share.

Team and Collaboration

Work closely with the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador, and Area Manager. The team includes a Kylie Business Manager, an Assistant Business Manager, and 2 Brand Ambassadors, all passionate makeup and skincare experts.

Candidate Profile

Must be a passionate, positive leader with experience in beauty retail, deep makeup and luxury brand knowledge, and a strong sales background. Ability to support and lead a team within a fast-paced environment is essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience leading and supporting a team in beauty retail.
• Knowledge and experience in makeup artistry; skincare experience is a plus.
• Proven sales experience with targets management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with management teams.
