About Your Role

The Assistant Business Manager acts as a brand ambassador, embodying Charlotte Tilbury's values. You will drive team performance, prioritize customer experience, and support daily operations alongside the Business Manager. Your role is to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring excellent service and store standards.

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales and meet or exceed targets and KPIs
2. Support the Business Manager in setting and communicating sales goals to the team
3. Show entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to the brand
4. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
5. Coach team members to meet service and artistry standards
6. Enhance customer engagement beyond the store, including database marketing
7. Implement development plans and conduct performance reviews
8. Foster a positive team environment through meetings and recognition
9. Propose and execute plans and events to boost commercial success
10. Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
11. Ensure grooming standards are met, inspiring the team to look and feel their best
