The Opportunity

We have an exciting role as a Team Leader to join our Penhaligon's Harrods team. The working schedule is part-time, working 5 days per week (37.5 hrs), Monday to Sunday. A Puig Retail Fragrance Consultant achieves sales targets while promoting our brands by delivering a unique experience to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. You will develop and increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, while maintaining the standards of the store group retailer where you will be based.

What you'll get to do
  • Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies
  • Motivate sales team members to meet sales and productivity goals
  • Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in managing the client database to increase sales and client contact
  • Resolve client problems and complaints effectively
  • Support and assist in team member training
  • Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing, risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory
  • Assist in merchandising and ensure effective execution of strategies
