Ardencote Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Assistant Brasserie Manager to help lead the day‑to‑day operation of our Brasserie Restaurant within the Food & Beverage team.

Working with the Brasserie Restaurant Manager, you will drive guest experiences, develop the restaurant team, and ensure high standards of service, hygiene and guest satisfaction across busy shifts. This role is full‑time and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role within a restaurant, hotel or high‑quality hospitality environment.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence handling guest feedback and resolving issues.
• Good commercial awareness with an understanding of sales, payroll and cost control.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm during busy services.
• Positive, hands‑on leadership style and willingness to support the wider Food & Beverage operation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant team during service and uphold high standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming and memorable guest experience.
• Coach, train and develop team members with regular feedback.
• Run pre‑shift briefings covering VIPs, occasions and priorities.
• Ensure strong knowledge of menus, beverages and hotel offerings.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of new staff.
• Manage staffing levels and payroll in line with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive upsell.
• Support achievement of budgets and commercial targets.
• Maintain SOPs, opening/closing procedures and hygiene standards.
• Take Duty Management responsibilities as required.
