Job summary

ESS in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in running the branch day-to-day, ensuring assets are available for hire and delivered on time, and coordinating workshop activities to keep assets in good working order.

You will lead a team to deliver excellent service, drive training, manage administration, and uphold compliance, with a focus on accuracy, effective relationship building and resilience under pressure.

• Coordinate with workshop to keep assets in good working order and manage repairs.
• Support all administrative duties and ensure branch compliance.
• Train and develop branch colleagues to enable them to perform their roles.
