Hastings Hotels Group in Northern Ireland seeks an Assistant Beverage Manager for Grand Central Hotel to lead the Observatory restaurant bar team and deliver 5-star service.
You will manage 35 hours per week across day/evening/night shifts, supervise colleagues, control stock and costs, train staff and uphold Hastings standards while supporting career development.

Supported by our inspiring General Manager, Jake McHugh, you will provide leadership to our food and beverage team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our busy Observatory restaurant. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range oflearning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have worked in a busy bar environment and be able to lead, motivate and support your team members to achieve success. You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out seven including weekends. As Assistant Beverage Manager you will have a fully flexible approach as working patterns will include days, evenings, nights and weekends as required.
The salary for this full-time position is £27,250 per annum.
