Job summary

Hotel du Vin Exeter is seeking an Assistant Bar and Restaurant Manager to lead a hands-on F&B operation, delivering high standards of service with engaging banter, product knowledge and entertainment in the bar and restaurant.

You will motivate, educate and inspire the team, drive excellent service, mentor colleagues and support internal development and progression within the brand. This permanent role is based on a 40-hour week.
