Job summary

Malmaison Poole is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our hotel bar operations in Poole. The role is permanent and on-site, with a 45-hour week and a £30,000 annual rate of pay.

You will be a hands-on operator who motivates and inspires the team to deliver the best guest experience, working in a fast-paced, high-profile bar environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Bar Manager or equivalent in high-profile bars.
• Proven ability to handle high volume and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Motivate, educate and inspire a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations and service standards.
• Motivate and train the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Forecast, stock control, and write rotas to a budget.

You as Bar Manager will be a hands on operator who using your knowledge and experience will motivate, educate and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience.You will have similar Bar Manager experience and with of worked within high profile bars. You will be used to high volume and deliveringhigh standards whilst working under pressure.

We hold internal Cocktail Competitions where you or a member of your team will win the opportunity to showcase your cocktails by adding to the eclecticdrinks menu and we encourage our Bar Teams to embrace the latest drinks trends.

There is a daily and weekly paperwork to complete, but you will be used to working with Stock Control systems and writing Rotas to a budget so this won't phase you, everything else can be taught on the job.
