About the Role

Join a B Corp Company on a Mission to Transform Facilities Management

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering top-tier service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge, this could be the role for you. You'll work closely with frontline teams, clients and employees to maintain high standards and ensure service excellence across your area of responsibility.

Salary: £30-32,000 per annum

Location: South-East

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: As soon as we find the right person

DBS Clearance Required

A Full Driving Licence is required for this role.

Key Duties

As part of our friendly and supportive team, you'll play a key role in leading frontline teams, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring our clients and employees receive the highest level of support. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Leading and motivating frontline teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Building strong relationships with clients and responding to their needs.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, training and staffing levels across your sites.
• Carrying out regular site inspections to maintain quality, compliance and safety standards.
• Resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Managing payroll, administration and site documentation accurately.
• Supporting continuous improvement and driving high performance across your teams.
• Leading by example and promoting a positive team culture aligned with NuServe's values.

What We're Looking For

Essential criteria:

• Experience managing site-based teams in a service delivery environment.
• Strong Organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to operational excellence, safety and compliance

Desirable criteria:

• Previous experience in Commercial Cleaning Industry.
• Multi-lingual ideally to include Spanish or Portuguese.
