Job summary

TrustFord is the largest Ford dealership in Europe and part of the Ford Motor Company. We are looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join the team and learn to deliver an efficient reception service with a high standard of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will join a comprehensive training programme, including a residential induction academy, performance-related bonus, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop in Aftersales and reception duties.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training and induction programme to develop skills.

For your first 2 days in the business, you'll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
