Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or accommodation management experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service focus and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Always prioritise the guest experience with professional, courteous interactions.
• Greet guests and represent the park positively in all interactions.
• Meet and exceed company guest service standards.
• Assist the Accommodation Manager in training the cleaning team.
• Monitor cleaning standards and health & safety compliance.
