Job summary

Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking a passionate Holiday Services Manager to join our team at Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park. You will lead the Holiday Sales department, manage budgets, maximise occupancy, ensure safety compliance, and drive operational excellence across parks in England, Scotland and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or holiday park operations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Holiday Sales department’s budget and implement controls to monitor spending and profitability.
• Manage TripAdvisor reviews and complaint handling.
• Oversee sublet and private sublet management.
• Ensure compliance with gas safety, PAT and other safety standards.
• Meet annual operating profit targets while controlling department expenditures.
• Maximise occupancy rates for holiday homes and chalets.
• Maintain records for holiday homes including safety checks and alarms.
• Develop and maintain an efficient system for admin tasks related to holiday services.
• Ensure cleanliness standards across holiday homes and chalets and proper key tracking.
• Manage cash handling at the reception and cash point securely.
• Complete Welcome Packs for each guest with programme info and cards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and drive the department forward.
