Job summary

Hedyn is seeking an Asset Intelligence Manager to lead and grow the asset intelligence function across its housing portfolio. The role focuses on delivering accurate data, robust governance, and actionable insights to support investment planning, regulatory compliance, decarbonisation programmes and long-term asset management strategies.

You will lead a specialist Asset Intelligence team, collaborate with Property and Place, Finance and Data & Technology, and drive data quality and assurance

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in asset management and data governance.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Intelligence Team and develop asset intelligence across Hedyn’s housing portfolio.
• Ensure asset information supports strategic asset management and regulatory reporting.
• Provide clear analysis and recommendations to support senior decision-making.
• Translate complex data into practical intelligence for planning and investment.
• Identify trends, risks, gaps and opportunities from stock condition, energy, compliance and asset performance data.
• Provide assurance on the evidence base for investment decisions.
