Job summary

Vanderlande in London is seeking an Information Manager/Asset Integrator to lead information management and asset integration across UK projects. You will manage document control, data environments, and handover readiness, coordinating with project teams, asset owners, and operations to ensure compliant, accurate information delivery.

The role requires a solid engineering or information management background, experience with CDE platforms, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in information management, asset information management, or project controls within infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management and project delivery processes.
• Experience managing data and information within a Common Data Environment (Aconex, Forma, M-files).
• Knowledge of information management standards and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with asset management systems (Maximo).
• Understanding of BIM delivery and operational information requirements.
• Experience in project handover and operational readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing document control support for UK & Ireland projects.
• Facilitating document review processes and managing document release.
• Establishing and managing Common Data Environment requirements across projects.
• Ensuring compliance with information management standards and project information requirements.
• Supporting project teams in generating and updating documents using templates and processes.
• Monitoring the quality, completeness, and accuracy of project information deliverables.
• Coordinating information exchanges between stakeholders.
• Supporting digital project delivery practices, including BIM and information management.
• Ensuring required review signatures are obtained by document owners.
• Collaborating with the client to meet information and asset integration requirements.
