Job summary

Vanderlande invites an Information Manager/Asset Integrator to support UK projects from London/Heathrow. The role balances technical asset data integration with rigorous documentation processes, ensuring consistency across project lifecycles and client databases.

You will coordinate with project teams, design consultants, contractors, and operations to meet information requirements and enable smooth handover to operational asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience in information management within infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle and data integration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing document control support for UK & Ireland projects.
• Facilitating document review and client database release processes.
• Establish and manage Common Data Environment (CDE) requirements across projects.
• Ensure compliance with organisational information management standards and project information requirements.
• Coordinate information exchanges between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support digital project delivery practices, including BIM and information management processes.
• Manage asset information handover processes and data audits.
