Job summary

Vanderlande in London’s Heathrow area seeks an Information Manager to oversee documentation and information control for UK projects. You will ensure compliant, accurate handover and management of project data across customer and Vanderlande systems.

The role focuses on structured information governance, lifecycle documentation, and coordination with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in information management, document control or project coordination.
• Experience with data/document management in a CDE environment.
• Experience handling engineering documentation in project settings.
• Ability to maintain document control processes.
• Strong IT skills and clear communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in creating, updating, and maintaining project documentation using approved templates and systems.
• Manage document review, approval, and release workflows across systems.
• Ensure documentation is versioned, controlled, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor document status and deadlines for submissions and reviews.
• Coordinate handover documentation and ensure records are complete and archived.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, planning, and clients.
