Job summary

Warwick is seeking a Statutory Compliance Co-ordinator to oversee asset information, planned inspections, and remedial actions, coordinating between contractors, Estates, and academic and professional services to ensure statutory compliance of university assets.

You will manage site visits, maintain records, and support development of robust processes for reporting asset additions or removals subject to statutory inspection and audits by the Estates Assurance Team and external bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and organising site visits and inspection schedules.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders and reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise site visits and inspection schedules with third-party contractors.
• Ensure relevant certifications and documentation are collated and accessible.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of procedures for contracted services.
