Job summary

Golding Homes in Maidstone is seeking an Asset Compliance Manager to lead our statutory compliance program across housing assets and ensure safety and regulatory alignment. You will provide robust assurance to the Executive Team, Board and customers.

The role reports to the Head of Building Safety & Compliance, leading a multidisciplinary team, managing contracts and budgets, and delivering performance reporting while representing the service with regulators and partners.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Experience leading statutory asset compliance in social housing or regulated property.
• Experience managing complex contracts, procurement and budgets.
• Ability to present performance, risk and assurance information to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key compliance areas (fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts, ME systems).
• Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team and drive governance, contractor performance and customer safety.
• Provide clear performance reporting to senior leaders and support audits/regulatory inspections.
