Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support across main compliance areas: fire, water hygiene, electrical, gas, lifts and asbestos.
• Keep compliance databases and certificate records up to date.
• Track inspection programmes, servicing schedules and remedial actions; chase certificates and updates.
• Book access appointments and liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams.
• Produce compliance performance reports and help prepare for audits.
• Flag overdue or non-compliant properties to relevant officers.

Description

Braxfield Recruitment is working with a local authority in North London to find an interim Compliance Officer. You'll join their busy Building Safety & Compliance team on a 6 12 month contract.

You'll support the team that manages statutory compliance across the council's domestic housing stock. You'll keep records accurate, make sure inspections happen on time and make sure follow-up works are tracked through to completion.

The role

• Provide administrative support across the main compliance areas: fire, water hygiene, electrical, gas, lifts and asbestos
• Keep compliance databases and certificate records up to date and accurate
