Irwell Valley Homes is seeking a role within the Building Safety Team to provide coordinated planning, administration and data support across Asset Management.
You will plan operatives' and surveyors' diaries, manage orders and records, and communicate with customers to keep service moving. The role requires IT literacy, experience in building safety admin, and a detailed, accurate approach to data.

You'll play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of asset, building safety and customer-focused services by planning operative and surveyor activity, raising and monitoring orders, maintaining accurate systems and records, processing service information, and ensuring colleagues, contractors and customers receive timely updates. A key focus of the role is to keep work moving efficiently through strong diary management, accurate data handling, clear communication and responsive customer service.
