Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd is recruiting an experienced Asset Data Officer to support asset management and property compliance data on a contract basis, largely working from home with occasional office meetings. You will maintain and validate data across systems, perform data cleansing, and use Excel for analysis; you will produce reports and collaborate with surveyors, compliance teams and contractors.

A strong eye for detail and knowledge of housing asset management are essential to keep information

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset management, property and compliance data across systems.
• Input, validate and quality-check property and asset information for accuracy.
• Manage data related to statutory compliance (fire safety, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts).
• Use asset management and property databases to maintain and interrogate information.
• Analyse and manipulate large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
• Produce reports, schedules and data analyses for asset management and compliance teams.
• Identify data discrepancies, gaps and anomalies and investigate resolutions.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation and improvement projects.
• Support production of management information and performance reports.
• Collaborate with surveyors, compliance teams, contractors and internal stakeholders to keep data accurate.
• Maintain audit trails and ensure data is managed in line with procedures.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Asset Data Officer to support the effective management of asset management and property compliance data working on a contract basis, this role will largely be working from home with the requirement to go to the office for meetings on occasions and is working on a contract basis.

• Maintain and update asset management, property and compliance data across a range of systems.
• Input, validate and quality-check property and asset information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage data relating to statutory compliance, including areas such as fire safety, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and other property compliance requirements.
• Use various asset management and property databases/packages to maintain and interrogate information.
• Analyse and manipulate large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
• Produce reports, schedules and data analysis to support asset management and compliance teams.
• Identify data discrepancies, gaps and anomalies and undertake investigations to resolve them.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation and improvement projects.
• Support the production of management information and performance reports.
• Work closely with surveyors, compliance teams, contractors and other internal stakeholders to ensure asset information remains accurate.
• Maintain appropriate audit trails and ensure data is managed in line with organisational procedures.

Candidates should ideally have the following-
