Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate for HR Operations in the United Kingdom (Rotherham). You will manage the deployment of Assessment Associates, ensuring coverage and adherence to deadlines while handling customer queries and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders.

This role involves working with contracted Deployment staff to meet KPIs, maintaining records across multiple systems, and being flexible during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a given area from across the range, managing and facilitating the contracting, deployment and allocation of AAs for each period of work.
• Assess requirements and despatch sufficient contracts to ensure full coverage by the target date.
• Act as the customer-facing contact for the subject areas responsible for.
• Build a collaborative relationship with stakeholders in the designated area.
• Lead and work with the Deployment workforce to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Maintain records using databases and respond to queries via CRM systems.
• Establish proficiency with systems such as Gateway, iSeries and Business Objects to ensure data accuracy and system integration.
• Liaise with other areas of the business to achieve objectives.
• Assist with ad hoc contracting during busy periods and support colleagues during peak times.
• Potential involvement in specialised areas like Drama, PE, or languages deployment.
