Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a given area, managing contracting, deployment and allocation of Assessment Associates.
• Assess requirements and dispatch contracts to ensure full coverage by the target date.
• Act as customer-facing contact for the subject areas.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in the designated area.
• Lead deployment workforce to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Maintain records and respond to queries via CRM and databases.
• Become proficient with systems (Gateway, iSeries, Business Objects).
• Liaise with other areas to achieve business objectives.
• Support colleagues during peak times and busy periods.
• May deploy visiting examiners for Drama, PE and Modern Foreign Languages.
