Job summary

Accelerate People in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager — Assessment to lead day-to-day performance of the assessment team, line managing Lead SMEs and assessors, and establish the structure, rhythm and accountability needed to deliver at scale.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, compliance and product to drive utilisation, capacity and SLA discipline while keeping delivery fast, compliant and focused on the learner experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading apprenticeship assessment delivery.
• Strong ability to drive operational performance in high-volume settings.
• Demonstrated leadership of managers and senior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment team and line-manage Lead SMEs and assessors.
• Own the weekly/daily capacity rhythm and SLA performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality/IQA, Compliance, Product and Technology to ensure aligned delivery.
