Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in contract and account management with client retention focus.
• Strong commercial understanding including KPIs, SLAs and change control.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage risks.

• Own the primary relationship for complex, strategic client accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end readiness and delivery of high-stake assessments in line with client objectives, timelines and contracts.
• Own and manage service performance against contracts, KPIs and SLAs to meet commercial and operational outcomes.
• Navigate and resolve complex client challenges with scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive mitigation actions to protect delivery and outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum; lead client-facing governance and account reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and customer success practices.
• Identify opportunities for commercial growth, contribute to bids and expand existing accounts.
• Provide informal leadership and guidance to junior team members.
