Job summary

Genuit Group plc is hiring an Assembly Operator to build high‑quality, complex products in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed instructions, read technical drawings and work instructions, and contribute to daily production targets with a team of colleagues.

You will perform quality checks, use hand tools and assembly equipment safely, and support preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling complex manufactured products within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
• Confidence using hand tools, clamps and assembly equipment.
• Ability to read, understand and follow technical instructions, drawings and established assembly procedures.
• Good written English skills, with the ability to read and accurately follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex products in line with production schedules, quality standards and work instructions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production targets and business objectives.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process and report non-conformances or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with site standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and 6S to enhance quality and efficiency.
