Job summary

Proactive Global in Amersham is recruiting Assembly Operators to join a busy manufacturing team. You will assemble mechanical parts, perform quality checks, and work with colleagues to meet daily production targets.

Immediate starts available. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.24 per hour, with Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm shifts. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to confidently use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
